I asked her about the Zappi and she is very knowledgeable about the product. She has been constantly updating me via email and call from the start and after installation (only took less than a week). And to Kat, who installed the charger, thank you so much as well. She's been very open to my suggestions as I have a very tight space in the garage. She made sure that I can charge the vehicle inside and outside the garage. And she installed the charger very neat and smart looking. Highly recommended!

Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure has been rapidly expanding in Plymouth, England over the past few years.  There are currently over 40 public EV charging points in Plymouth, with a mix of fast and rapid chargers.   • 2 We’ll then send you a mobile survey where you can add photos of your property and electrical setup. We can also arrange a video call or site visit, if needed.
  • 3 We’ll provide a quote for the work required based on the survey and charger you’d like installing.
  • 4 Once the quote has been agreed, a provisional date will be booked anda deposit may be taken at this stage.
  • 5 We’ll submit an application to your Distribution Network Provider.Once permission has been agreed, we’ll arrange an installation date.
  • 6 We’ll complete your installation, make sure everything’s working as it should, and send an invoice through. We’ll also provide an Electrical Installation Certificate. We’ll be in touch again to make sure everything’s running smoothly.
