Tintagel Castle. This charging station offers two Type 2 connectors with a charging speed of up to 22 kW, and it is also available to the public. However, please note that this charging station is only open during the opening hours of the Tintagel Castle, which may vary throughout the year.

Additionally, there are several other EV charging stations located within a short drive of Tintagel. For example, the St. Kew Harvest Farm Shop, located about 7 miles away, offers two Type 2 connectors with a charging speed of up to 22 kW. The charging station at the Padstow Harbour Car Park, located about 13 miles away, offers four Type 2 connectors with a charging speed of up to 7 kW.   • 2 We’ll then send you a mobile survey where you can add photos of your property and electrical setup. We can also arrange a video call or site visit, if needed.
  • 3 We’ll provide a quote for the work required based on the survey and charger you’d like installing.
  • 4 Once the quote has been agreed, a provisional date will be booked anda deposit may be taken at this stage.
  • 5 We’ll submit an application to your Distribution Network Provider.Once permission has been agreed, we’ll arrange an installation date.
  • 6 We’ll complete your installation, make sure everything’s working as it should, and send an invoice through. We’ll also provide an Electrical Installation Certificate. We’ll be in touch again to make sure everything’s running smoothly.
