Mr Charger did a fantastic job installing our Tesla charger. We have requested an appointment on Thursday and the charger was installed the following Monday - super quick turnaround. The team did a very thorough job, in addition to installing the car charger we have requested for an additional outside socket to be installed which was not a problem. The quality of work and communications is second to none. We can’t recommend Mr Charger highly enough.

Excellent service, from survey to install was less than a week, Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the different types of chargers and was very easy to communicate with and answered all of my queries. Kyle who carried out the install had the charger installed in 2 hours and I’m very pleased with how tidy the install was. Would definitely recommend.

Our Installation
Process

  • 1 If you give us a call, we can chat through your EV needs and requirementsso we can advise on the best EV charger for you - unless you already have one in mind.
  • 2 We’ll then send you a mobile survey where you can add photos of your property and electrical setup. We can also arrange a video call or site visit, if needed.
  • 3 We’ll provide a quote for the work required based on the survey and charger you’d like installing.
  • 4 Once the quote has been agreed, a provisional date will be booked anda deposit may be taken at this stage.
  • 5 We’ll submit an application to your Distribution Network Provider.Once permission has been agreed, we’ll arrange an installation date.
  • 6 We’ll complete your installation, make sure everything’s working as it should, and send an invoice through. We’ll also provide an Electrical Installation Certificate. We’ll be in touch again to make sure everything’s running smoothly.
