Mr Charger support client’s transition to net zero

Mr Charger in Exeter recently installed ten 22Kw charging points for a client in Exeter as part of their transition to net zero. 

After discussions with the client to establish their needs, the team recommended Easee chargers on dual mount posts attached to EV blocks, with barriers to protect the chargers from damage. The client was able to utilise the government grant to subsidise the cost.

Our technicians made sure to maximise the building capacity by adding additional circuits. There was substantial groundwork required, with cables running to a new EV board to supply the chargers, which was fed from the main board in the building.  

This required a full building shutdown liaising with National Grid. The work was undertaken at the weekend, with the floor and carpet tiles replaced ready for the tenant to return to work on the Monday morning. All in a weekend’s work!
